Products & Pricing

Descriptions, images, and availability are provided with reasonable care; minor deviations may occur. We may correct obvious errors and cancel/refund affected orders.

Ordering & Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we send an order confirmation (or when we deliver/provide access). Pre-orders are accepted when confirmed.

Accounts & Fair Use

Keep credentials secret; you are responsible for your account. Fair-use limits may apply (e.g., concurrent streams, device activations).

Intellectual Property

All films, artwork, text, and site content are protected by copyright and related rights. Purchases do not transfer IP rights. See Product-Specific Terms for your license/usage rights.

Liability

We are liable as required by mandatory law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss (e.g., lost profits); overall liability per order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes are governed by Danish law. If anything here conflicts with mandatory consumer protection law (e.g., for EU/EEA consumers), those mandatory rules prevail.

Digital Copies

What you get

You obtain a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, perpetual license for private, non-commercial viewing. No public screenings, sharing, re-uploads, or resale. No editing or derivative works without written consent.

Access window

We guarantee download/streaming access for 12 months from purchase. After that, continued access may be provided at our discretion but is not guaranteed. We recommend downloading your copy during this 12-month period.

Delivery

Delivery is by download and/or streaming after successful payment (or on the stated release date for pre-orders). You’re responsible for having compatible devices, software, and internet access. We may limit concurrent streams, download counts, or device activations to prevent abuse.

Quality & availability

We aim for continuous availability but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service (maintenance, outages, force majeure). Bitrate and resolution may vary with your connection.

Right of withdrawal

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once we start supplying digital content not on a tangible medium with your prior explicit consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. If you do not give that consent yet, you retain the 14-day withdrawal right until performance begins.

Refunds

If a file/link is corrupted, missing, or otherwise defective, contact us; we’ll replace, re-enable access, or refund. Refunds are not provided for incompatibility with your device/connection unless required by law.

DRM & fair use

Content may include technical protection. Circumvention and content extraction are prohibited.


Physical Goods

Description & variations

Colors and textures may vary slightly due to screens, materials, or print runs. Sizes/finishes are as described on the product page.

Delivery, risk & title

We ship to the regions shown at checkout, with delivery times and costs displayed there and varying by destination and method. Orders usually dispatch within 14 days unless noted on the product page. Risk passes on delivery to your address or pickup point. Title passes upon full payment and delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without reason.

Refunds

We refund the item price and the cheapest standard outbound shipping (if charged).

Damaged or defective items

Report issues with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Undeliverable parcels/incorrect address

If returned to us, we can reship (new postage may apply) or refund the product price less original shipping.

Custom/personalized items

Made-to-order or personalized prints are non-returnable unless defective (statutory exceptions).

Customs & duties

For deliveries outside Denmark/EU, local taxes/duties may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.


Event Tickets

Nature of service

A ticket grants time-limited access to a specific event.

Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically (e-ticket). After successful payment you’ll receive an email confirmation with a unique QR code / ticket number. No physical tickets are shipped.

Delivery is immediate unless stated otherwise (e.g., pre-sale or manual review). If you don’t receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring your mailbox can receive messages. If you entered a wrong address, contact us and we can resend or update the address before the event.

Each ticket is valid for one admission unless stated otherwise. Do not share screenshots or codes–duplicated or invalidated codes may be refused at the door.

Right of withdrawal

For leisure services with a specific date/period, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.

Refunds

Tickets are generally non-refundable, except as below or where required by law.

Cancellations & rescheduling

If we cancel, you get a full refund of the ticket price. If we reschedule, your ticket remains valid; if you cannot attend, request a refund within 7 days of notice. Travel, accommodation, and other incidental costs are not reimbursed.

Transfers

Tickets are transferable on request up to 3 days before start. We may require the new attendee’s details for entry.

Admission & conduct

Follow venue rules. We may refuse or revoke entry for safety breaches, disruptive behavior, or fraud (e.g., duplicated QR codes).

Recording

No professional recording, rebroadcasting, or live-streaming without written permission. Personal photos/video allowed per event rules.


Donations

Nature of donations

A donation is a voluntary payment made without receiving goods or services in return. Donations support our creative work and operations.

No consideration; no delivery

Donations do not create a purchase contract, and no delivery is due. Any public “thank you” or similar recognition is gratuitous and may be changed or discontinued.

Refunds

Donations are non-refundable except in cases of payment error, fraud, or as required by law.

Recurring donations

If you set up a recurring donation, you can cancel future payments anytime (effective for future charges). Processed donations are non-refundable unless required by law.

Tax & VAT

We issue a payment receipt. Donations are generally not tax-deductible unless we expressly state otherwise under applicable law. VAT typically does not apply to pure donations with no benefit.


Payment & Security

Methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Security

Payments are processed securely by Revolut. Card and payment details are handled by Revolut’s PCI DSS–compliant infrastructure (we never store card data on our servers). Revolut applies PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) where required. Funds are settled according to Revolut’s merchant terms, and any refunds or chargebacks are handled in line with our Refunds policy and Revolut’s terms.


Withdrawal & Returns

How to withdraw

Email returns@pravdomil.com with your order number, items, and a clear statement of withdrawal.

Refunds

We refund payments for the withdrawn order within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive returned goods. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Returns of physical goods

Send items back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. You bear return shipping costs, unless we state otherwise or the item is faulty. You are responsible for any diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Faulty or misdescribed items

If goods or services are defective or not as described, your statutory rights apply. Contact us promptly with photos and order details.
